I'm Prajjwal, a full-stack developer and IT systems analyst with a solid foundation in both backend infrastructure and frontend development. My experience spans across enterprise-level service desk support and hands-on web development projects.
I've worked with teams at EMCO Corporation and the Ministry of the Solicitor General, where I provided end-to-end IT support, automated system tasks with PowerShell, and helped streamline device lifecycle management with tools like Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
On the dev side, I'm always building. From React-based dashboards to automation scripts, my GitHub showcases a variety of personal and collaborative projects reflecting my growth and curiosity in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.

Flight Price Tracker
A full-stack web application that aggregates and compares flight prices from multiple providers in real-time. Built with React 19, FastAPI, and integrated with Amadeus and Kiwi APIs, the app features intelligent airport autocomplete, multi-passenger support, and responsive design with dark/light mode. The backend implements async processing, intelligent caching, and rate limiting for optimal performance.
Express Entry Tracker
Express Entry Tracker is a modern, responsive web application that displays historical data for Canada's Express Entry draws. This frontend project uses an external API to provide the latest Express Entry draw information, a complete draw history with filtering and sorting options, and trend visualizations and has localization for English and French.
Youtube Video to Audio Converter
A dockerized web application that allows users to convert Youtube videos to audio using the YT-DLP along with FFMPEG for audio processing and conversion to higher format.
Work Experience
My professional journey and the experiences that have shaped my career
Providing technical support and resolving issues for internal employees, managing tickets, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Provided Tier 1/2 technical support to a hybrid workforce of 500+ users across multiple branches. Diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a Microsoft 365 environment using ServiceNow. Deployed and configured new devices using Intune and Autopilot, and supported compliance by executing patch audits and PowerShell automation. Created and updated internal documentation (SOPs, KBs), promoted First Call Resolution (FCR), and collaborated with senior teams on device lifecycle management and root cause analysis.
Delivered frontline technical support to staff across multiple departments, resolving day-to-day issues including user access, printer troubleshooting, and system imaging. Managed device setup and imaging using USB sticks and performed account provisioning via Active Directory. Handled inventory updates and supported patching and security enforcement through Intune. Logged and escalated tickets using internal helpdesk tools while maintaining accuracy in documentation and communication.
